VCF Consignment Dropoff

Vendor Drop-Off Instructions

Pre-Drop-Off Preparation:

  • Enter Items in Advance: Make sure all your items are entered into the Consignment System before you come to the drop-off area. The process is straightforward—and you can even do it on your mobile phone. For detailed instructions on using NexoPOS, please refer to our Consignment FAQ.
  • Labeling: Whether you choose to pre-print your barcode labels or not, our on-site setup is ready to print them for you. Just let us know when you arrive.

Drop-Off Schedule:

  • Primary Drop-Off: Friday, April 4, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
  • Secondary Drop-Off: Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
  • (If you miss these windows, alternative drop-off options during the consignment open hours might be available.)

NOTE: Consignment vendors will receive an orange wristband when they arrive during dropoff times (if they haven’t received one already). The orange wristbands are ONLY valid during the indicated consignment dropoff times, and will not be valid for entry during regular show hours. Orange wristbands will only be given to those who have already established an account on the NexoPOS system and have entered items in the NexoPOS system to be delivered to the consignment room.

Paid show attendees will be given a different color wristband, which will be in addition to an orange wristband they might receive as a consignment vendor. The VCF Show wristband (non orange) will grant access through the main gate, or side gate DURING the regular show hours. Consigners who are paid attendees go park in Lot A or Lot B through the side gate after dropping off items. Only the non-orange wristband will give them access to the show.

After hours, only volunteer staff will have access to enter the show grounds, with consignment vendors granted special access to the consignment room to drop off and/or pick up their consignment items during the scheduled consignment dropoff hours.

At the Drop-Off Area:

  • Locate the Area: View the map below (click to enlarge) for detailed directions. For both Friday and Saturday drop-offs, follow the blue line from the side gate off Monmouth Boulevard. On Friday night only, you also have the option to enter via the main gate off Marconi Road, indicated by the yellow line. Both routes will bring you to the Consignment building, which is highlighted in green. You will need to park, drop off, and then move your vehicle to the parking lot as quickly as possible. We have limited parking space and no one can park in front of the fire hydrant.
As a Consignment vendor, you will receive an orange wristband when you drop off your items during Friday or Saturday drop-off times. For those who are curious, the VCF 2024 Consignment location is highlighted on the map in purple. As you can see, we have LOTS of extra space available for Consignment this year. If you have any reservations about bringing something to sell in Consignment this year because you don’t think there will be enough space to place it… don’t worry! 🙂

  • Label Your Items: Attach the barcode labels to your items—whether you’re using your own pre-printed labels or the ones we print on-site.
  • Ask Questions: If you need help or clarification, please consult our volunteers. Keep in mind that they will be busy setting up and assisting multiple vendors.

Final Reminders:

  • Be Prepared: Bring your items in packaging that makes them easy to move, as you’re expected to handle them yourself.
  • Double-Check: Before leaving the drop-off area, verify that all your items are properly labeled and ready for consignment.

By following these instructions, you’ll help ensure a smooth and efficient consignment process for everyone. Happy consigning!
