GENERAL ADMISSION from 8AM until 2PM

$5 GENERAL ADMISSION per person! (12 and younger free)
FOOD ON SITE: Lunch truck with limited menu (run by Monmouth Fire Museum)
LOCATION (Outdoors) – Rain or shine (except for thunderstorms)! No Rain Date!
Talk-In: 147.045Mhz, PL is 67
VENDORS:
* Cost of selling is per space.
* 1st space = $20.
* Each additional space = $10.
 (A space is considered a 18 feet by 9 feet area)
* Tables available to rent for $5 each (availability isn’t guaranteed!)
* Reservation doesn’t guarantee sales.
* In case of inclement weather, cost will be refunded.
* No electricity available.

The VCF SWAP Meet is On! in Wall, NJ June 7, 2025.

So the negotiations with the weather gods have been successful!
The latest weather forecast shows a 57% chance of rain around 8AM and thunderstorms 5PM or later.

So with this, I’m going ahead with the swap meet as planned.
Everyone is encouraged to use their best judgment as to their safety in coming to the event.

My highest recommendation is to bring a tent that can be anchored with sandbags. Generally a good idea regardless of rain.

Also bring waterproof clothing (i.e. raincoats, etc.)

If any vendor should feel uncomfortable and needs to cancel, we will refund you, but once you show up, there is no refund.

Vendor setup is 7AM
General Admission is 8AM

* All items that you bring must be taken with you. No items are to be left behind.

Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023. Same place as last time: in the big parking lot across from Brookdale. There will be food and drinks sold by the Southern Monmouth County Firehouse museum. This is a joint fundraiser by their museum and the Vintage Computer Federation Museum which are both under the umbrella of InfoAge Science and History Museums.

VCF June 10 Swap Meet Update

Hello everyone,

After careful consideration, looking at the weather forecasts and Air Quality Index, we have chosen to go ahead with our swap meet as planned. We still recommend that everyone wear a high quality mask as a precaution. On the bright side, the temperature is expected to be about 76 degrees with 25% chance of rain. New this year is food for sale in the parking lot by a non-profit firehouse museum.

Vendor setup starts at 7AM and buyers can come starting at 8AM.

We are expecting 50 vendors with 75 spaces and 250 buyers. There was a huge demand for consignment at VCF East 2023 this year, therefore we are expecting a record number of buyers and sellers. Lots of people coming from near and far!
