  • Use Your Space Mindfully
    Each participant has a designated table for the duration of the event. Keep your workspace organized and respect the shared environment to ensure everyone feels at ease.
  • Foster a Positive Atmosphere
    Offer assistance and share knowledge when appropriate, while being attentive to others’ preferences and maintaining a cooperative spirit.
  • Handle Tools Responsibly
    Use venue-provided or borrowed tools with care. Adhere to safety guidelines for the benefit of everyone in the space.
  • Be Conscious of Group Dynamics
    Manage your time and interactions thoughtfully, balancing collaboration with giving others the room they need to focus.
  • Own Your Repair Process
    While guidance may be available, participants are responsible for their own projects and outcomes.
  • Leave No Trace
    Dispose of non-repairable materials responsibly and leave your table tidy and ready for the next use. If you retrieved a table from another location, please return the table to its original location.
  • Support a Welcoming Community
    Treat everyone with respect, valuing the diversity of skills and experiences that make the event a shared success.
